**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security CCTV Supervisor to join our team at OCS Group. As a Security CCTV Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our CCTV systems and providing exceptional security services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Shift Management:**
    • Start shift promptly at designated time, in full uniform, and arrive early if preparation is required.
    • Ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are prepared for the shift.
  • **Communication:**
    • Active communication of shift changes to the on-shift supervisor, including handover of shift keys, PDA, and confirmation of staff on shift.
    • Verification of isolated alarms and run-through of incident occurrences from previous shift.
  • **Health and Safety:**
    • Responsible for awareness of Health and Safety procedures and ensuring they are carried out in line with the Health and Safety Policy.
    • Ensure all team members are aware of and follow Health and Safety procedures.
  • **CCTV Operations:**
    • Responsible for the control room activity at all times, including during incidents.
    • Monitor cameras, radio communication, contractor permits, and log book.
  • **Incident Management:**
    • Assist tenants on request during incidents, either in person or by camera.
    • Assist Police presence on site, either in person, by camera, or by statement.
  • **Record Keeping:**
    • Maintain accurate records of security logbooks, incident witness statements, and defect reports.
  • **Teamwork:**
    • Work collaboratively with the security team to ensure the smooth operation of the CCTV system.
  • **Continuous Improvement:**
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the security services provided.

**Requirements:**

  • SIA licence in CCTV required.
  • Experience of working and building partnerships with clients.
  • IOSH trained desirable.
  • Articulate and able to communicate effectively with clients and the IFM teams.
  • Organised individual with a record of planning and managing work flows.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery and its impact.
  • Excellent time management, organisation, and focus on prioritising and multi-tasking.
