Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver innovative technical training materials for the cohort.
  • Collaborate with the team to define and set projects that challenge and develop graduates.
  • Assess homework/projects, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Configure necessary technical environments for effective training.
  • Provide guidance, tutoring, and mentorship throughout graduates' learning journey.
  • Demonstrate effective project management skills for successful delivery.
  • Work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
  • Adapt to the varied demands of the role, recognizing that a typical day may extend beyond conventional working hours.
