Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Sunbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Job Overview:

Sales Targets and Performance:
- Work towards and achieve sales targets, occupancy targets and KPIs set by the leadership team
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish sales goals and strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive store floor atmosphere that drives customer engagement and sales
- Work within a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
- Ensure exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a welcoming store environment that reflects the company's values and brand
- Develop and implement individual customer-specific solutions to drive sales growth
Person Specification:
- An enthusiastic and confident individual with a proven track record of sales success
- Experience in converting sales leads into successful outcomes
- Telesales experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- Able to work flexibly, including shift work, and have a valid driver's license (preferred)
Benefits:
- A guaranteed bonus of £250.00 in the first 3 months
- A signing on fee of £500.00 after a successful probationary period
- 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and birthday off
