About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at Chartwells - Independent. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers. This will involve working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintaining the highest standards of food handling and hygiene.

Customer Service and Engagement

You will provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere in our facilities.

Teamwork and Collaboration

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. This will involve communicating effectively with colleagues and management to achieve our business objectives.

Operational Efficiency

You will be responsible for operating our cash registers efficiently and accurately, handling transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent Communication Skills

You will be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Previous Experience (Desirable)

Previous experience in a similar catering role is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
