About the Role

As a Poolside Ambassador at Butlins, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our water attractions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and prevent accidents
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Participate in poolside activities and events, promoting a fun and engaging experience for our guests
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and clean pool environment
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in accordance with Butlins' safety procedures

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Poolside Ambassador, you will need to be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. If you have a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent, we would love to hear from you.
