Requirements:

  1. Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective communication with landlords and applicants.
  3. Driving Licence: Full and clean driving licence, enabling efficient travel between locations.
  4. Experience: Previous Estate Agency experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment is an advantage but not essential.
  5. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ensuring effective use of technology to support business needs.
