Treasury Manager

Agility Resourcing is seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to join their team. Due to a re-structure to manage their growth, they have split one position into two separate roles and are now looking for a professional to take on this new challenge.
Key Responsibilities- Manage working capital and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Prepare and submit funding facilities reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate funding facilities operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement cash flow models to optimize funding requirements and facility usage.
- Monitor and maintain the company's bank balance to ensure it remains above a minimum level.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for funding draws and ensure timely submission.
- Optimize cash flow and profitability for the business.
- Assist in setting up new funding facilities and ensure smooth operations.
- Produce service reports required by external funders.
- Preferably qualified in a relevant field, but this is not essential.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced reporting and Excel skills.
- Competitive salary up to £55,000 DoE.
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office per week.
- 15% bonus.
