However, providing you have a solid background in managing commercial properties, this could be the ideal role for you.

As the successful Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for looking after a mixed commercial portfolio based around Liverpool and the surrounding areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing service charge budgets
  • Liaising with agents and local authorities

This organisation is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager, someone who has a real passion for the commercial property market in Liverpool and is looking for a role that provides greater responsibility and autonomy.

In return, they can offer a basic salary of up to £60,000 depending on previous experience, plus bonus.
