We are recruiting a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at Appoint Healthcare's mental health hospital in Nottingham. This role offers a chance to provide high-quality care to children and young people with mental health conditions in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients in the PICU.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
• RMN or RNLD qualification from a recognized institution.
• Current NMC registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive patient outcomes.
• Competitive salary range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
• Welcome bonus: £5,000, paid upon successful completion of probationary period.
• Overtime rates: Paid at 1.25 times standard hourly rate.
