Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate our retail team at Cooplands Bakery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring a smooth operation and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Contribute to food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have team leader experience or experience within hospitality/retail, with a strong ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
