As a Mainframe Developer, you will play a key role in driving the evolution of our digital landscape, leveraging cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our digital offerings and deliver unparalleled customer experiences.

• Design, develop, and improve software solutions using various engineering methodologies, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimized performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, and stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.

• Consult on complex issues, providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
• Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies and procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
• Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
