About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Williams Place in Didcot. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed
  • Help residents with their shopping and daily tasks
About You

We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and be driven to provide high-quality care and support. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification is desirable, but not essential.
