Front Desk Associate

Job Title: Front Office Night Team Member
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Guests: Extend a warm welcome to our guests during the night, prioritizing their wellbeing and adding a personal touch to their stay.
- Hotel Operations: Assist in the general running of the hotel at night, supporting other departments to prepare for the next day.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously improve the quality of our hotel services as an autonomous and passionate individual.
- Safety and Security: Conduct night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and staff.
- Excellent Service: Deliver a wonderful guest experience and ensure all charges are accurate and posted on time.
- Communication: Handle all calls promptly and professionally, documenting internal and guest messages accurately.
- Sales and Promotion: Utilize every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
- Additional Duties: Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
Training and Support: You will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
