Job Description

The Accommodation Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing advice and support service. This includes managing day-to-day activities, coordinating client appointments, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery. You will also participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in homelessness prevention and housing support.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily schedules and coordinate client appointments to ensure efficient use of time.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress on our housing system (NPS).
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to prevent homelessness.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., administration, customer service) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of housing policies and procedures.
