**Join Our Team**

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team in Belfast. As part of this role, you will travel throughout a regional area to deliver specialist treatment to patients in their own homes. You will work closely with patients, carers, and stakeholders to provide personalized support and build long-lasting relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans
  • Sustain professional standards and ensure quality nursing tailored to patients' needs
  • Document all clinical data and report adverse drug events via the correct protocol
