**Job Description:**

As a Maintenance Technician with Templer HomeBuild Ltd, you will play a vital role in our responsive maintenance and larger works team based in Newton Abbot. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality work while providing exceptional customer service.

You will work on a variety of projects, including wet trades and carpentry works. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wet trades works: rendering external walls, plastering internal walls and ceilings, painting internals
  • Carpentry works: fencing, stud work, door hanging, basic plumbing works (taps, wash hand basins, wastes)

Requirements:

  • NVQ 2 level in Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering or a similar professional body is desirable but not essential
  • Possession of a full current UK driving license, which is essential to undertake the role, using your vehicle and ability to claim travel expenses
