The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering Mars' 5+5 strategy across the region, elevating pricing management to a strategic asset that recovers volumes, mitigates risks, and drives long-term sales volume and top-line growth through informed pricing decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy a robust Pricing Strategy for the European market, focusing on quality volume growth, shaping, and value management systems (VMS).
  • Develop a three-year Strategic Pricing Plan, including year-one net price index (NPI) steer for the region, building upon insights from price index analysis by market.
  • Utilize Pricing Advanced Analytics to provide actionable insights on consumer behavior, price relativity, and customer profitability, informing data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Cluster Sales Revenue Management and International Negotiation teams to ensure net price convergence corridors, reducing exposure risks through strategic pricing insights.
  • Bolster Pricing capabilities within the organization by establishing a regional Pricing community and implementing targeted training programs, leveraging digital solutions to automate insights.
About You

This role requires a results-driven individual with significant experience in FMCG/CPG sales or demand, proven expertise in SRM/RGM, and extensive knowledge of SRM practices. The ideal candidate will possess high organizational agility, leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
