Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People Limited. The successful candidate will work one-to-one with a child with Autism in a Primary School setting, providing tailored support to meet their learning and development needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide one-to-one support to the child with Autism, adapting support strategies to meet their individual needs
  • To work collaboratively with the teaching staff to ensure the child's learning and development needs are met
  • To maintain accurate records of the child's progress and contribute to regular review meetings
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children who have additional needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
