Job Title: Area Sales Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing existing accounts in the North West, Midlands, and Wales regions. Your primary focus will be on the Resin Flooring Market, where you will identify and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business plan to maximize sales, volumes, and profit in the region.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, including Flooring Contractors and Specifiers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of Flooring projects.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line and its applications.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the flooring industry, specifically in resin technology.
  • Strong understanding of sales management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license.
