About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Media Educator to join our team at Derby College Group. As a key member of our Media Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students
  • Utilize industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, to create interactive and immersive learning experiences
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity and innovation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the industry
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress and development

Requirements

  • Teaching experience in Digital Media or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of digital media principles, including UI/UX design, graphic design, and digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
