Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our UKAS Accredited team in Preston, Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in accordance with UKAS guidelines.
  • Complete 4 Stage Clearances, Personal, Background, Leak & Reassurance Air Monitoring.
  • Maintain and build Client relationships.
  • Write thorough technical reports for Clients.
  • Travel across the North West of England.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications.
  • UKAS Accredited consultancy experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: £26k - £40k + training and benefits
