We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our Beenham site as Site Reliability Head.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance programme, implementing the company's strategy, and developing a team of dedicated engineers. You will need to have strong leadership and people management skills, as well as a focus on delivering project benefits and improving asset reliability safely, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the site Engineering Maintenance team to deliver production plans, service levels, and engineering strategy within quality, safety, and cost parameters.
  • Implementing and delivering the engineering strategy to develop and drive reliability, improve quality, safety, and asset utilisation via all direct and indirect reports.
  • Implementing best practice maintenance principles for maintenance.
  • Managing Engineering systems, structures, resources, and processes, and ways of working.
  • Responsible for the delivery of engineering KPIs that complement manufacturing performance, manufacturing KPIs, and objectives.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum. This is a competitive salary plus benefits package, reflecting the importance of this role in driving business success.
