We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) professional to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HS&E strategies and programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and a positive impact on the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HS&E strategies and programs to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead the HS&E agenda for the Chirk site, managing site annual plans and action plans to deal with non-conformance and compliance issues.
- Manage the delivery of all HS&E activities in behavioural safety and engagement, including standards & procedures, capability processes, reporting, compliance and audit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and the legal department to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Drive safety culture through engagement and use of Integrated Lean 6 sigma tools.
- Experience as a Health, Safety and Environment Practitioner preferably within a manufacturing or commercial environment.
- Strong people management experience.
- Experience of coaching individuals, managing a team, change management, and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Health and Safety audit.
