The Cardiff Union Services Ltd is seeking a Data Analyst Researcher to support the work of the Wales Forum of the Productivity Institute.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals to work with an experienced research team and learn about disseminating and applying research to policy and business practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the research team in generating and disseminating evidence on productivity through literature reviews, data analysis, and report writing
  • Disseminating research findings to external stakeholders and the central research team

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and report writing. The role requires flexibility to respond to changing demands within the project.

Requirements
  • A MSc degree in economics or a closely related discipline
  • An ability to work independently and responsibly on specified tasks
  • A commitment to working as part of a team and with external stakeholders
  • Good research skills, including data analysis
  • Knowledge of the Welsh Economy and relevant data
Working Arrangements

This is a remote-working role that requires applicants to have their own IT equipment.

Salary and Benefits

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
