Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher of Religious Education to join our team at a secondary school in Gateshead. As a key member of the faculty, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality RE education to students across KS3 and KS4.

Responsibilities include teaching RE to classes, planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum resources. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to whole-school initiatives and projects that promote academic excellence and student well-being.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong subject knowledge of RE, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.
