Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at The AA. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services to our members, ensuring their vehicles are safe and roadworthy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Use diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring members are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
  • A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
