About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in Peterlee, County Durham. Our client is a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm with a strong presence in the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing cases from initial instruction to completion.
  • Provide exceptional client care and communication skills, ensuring timely updates and progress reports.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and right to buy matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong background in residential and commercial conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using conveyancing software and technology.
