About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motorsport Technician Specialist to join our client's team in Chelmsford.

Job Summary

As a Motorsport Technician Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repairs on vehicles to meet the highest quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, providing expert technical advice as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and maintain accurate records of work completed.
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels, fostering loyalty and referrals.
  • Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 (desired) in Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Aptitude for multitasking and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A full driving license.
