About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our team at Adecco UK Limited, working closely with a family-run logistics company in the Rochester area.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily driver work, resolving transport-related issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also support the transport planners, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think on their feet, and possess strong multi-tasking abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression, with potential to move into a Transport Planner role and receive a salary increase.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily driver work and coordinate transportation operations
  • Resolve transport-related issues and address client queries
  • Monitor driver ETA updates and communicate effectively
  • Support the transport planning team in maintaining efficient operations
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
