About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our team at Forest Park Country Hotel and Inn.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular facility checks and record findings
- Identify and resolve property issues proactively
- Maintain the highest possible standards of presentation and quality
- Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors as needed
- Support colleagues in property emergencies
- Log and track repairs and quotes through our facilities management system
