We are seeking an experienced Escalator Engineer to join our London Underground team. As an Escalator Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of escalators and moving walkways. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong mechanical or electrical background, with a focus on escalator engineering. You will also need to have excellent customer skills, as well as a good understanding of health and safety protocols. In addition, you will need to have a strong understanding of English, both written and spoken. You will also have the opportunity to complete an NVQ3 in Escalator Engineering with us, and to progress to more senior roles within the company. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Installation, maintenance, and repair of escalators and moving walkways
* Maintenance of escalator systems, including regular inspections and testing
* Troubleshooting and repair of escalator faults
* Collaboration with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the London Underground
* Development of technical skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities

**Requirements:**

* Strong mechanical or electrical background
* NVQ3 in Escalator Engineering
* Excellent customer skills
* Good understanding of health and safety protocols
* Strong understanding of English, both written and spoken
