Project Manager - Engineering

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Engineering team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including procurement and installation of new equipment.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments and budget management.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including shop-floor to Director level, to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of key strategic projects, driving the development of the site and making visions a reality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management in an FMCG environment, particularly managing projects associated with process/packaging equipment.
  • Experience in utilising AutoCAD to manipulate and update drawings.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification and conversant with MS Projects.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
