About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Kyn Care as a Night Nurse. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet individual needs.
  • Monitor and record resident's physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to the management team.
  • Manage medication processes, ensuring safe administration and compliance with NMC guidelines.
  • Provide clinical guidance to the care team and contribute to CQC duties.
  • Create a nurturing environment that promotes resident happiness, safety, and security.
About You
  • You will be a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a valid and active PIN.
  • You will have experience working in a Health and Social Care setting, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • You will have excellent knowledge and understanding of professional standards, as outlined in The Code.
  • You will have experience in administering and recording medication, as well as using medical equipment.
  • You will be patient, empathetic, and able to deal with difficult situations effectively.
