Venture Contracts is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join their team in the NHC region. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of residential groundworks projects, including plots, roads, and sewers across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting Out: Accurately set out plots, roads, and sewers on 2-5 residential sites.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
  • Surveys: Conduct EGL's (Existing Ground Levels) and topographical surveys to guide project development.
  • CAD Modelling: Create detailed CAD models to assist in project planning and execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within groundworks or civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and ability to create detailed models for project planning.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Benefits:

  • Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.
