">We are currently seeking an experienced Service Department Lead to join our team at Renault Trucks Essex. As a Service Department Lead, you will be responsible for managing the service department, including supervising colleagues, controlling work flow, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
">Key Responsibilities

- Proactively manage customer journeys from planning to invoice closure">
- Ensure all team members are working in line with standard OTI processes">
- Manage workshop productivity targets and employee performance">
- Deal with employee issues on a daily basis">
- Schedule workshops resources to meet work requirements">
- Support the customer service team with job specifications and coding">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in a retail dealership workshop environment">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills">
- Ability to motivate and develop your team">
- Strong problem-solving skills">
- A valid driver's license">
