SEN Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Special Needs Teaching Assistant to support across a variety of roles and schools in Wembley, North West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support teachers in planning, preparing and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities.
- To work 1:1, in small groups or across the whole class to create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
- To provide support for students with emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs.
Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology, Counselling, Family Support or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to apply sensible and suitable behaviour management strategies when dealing with challenging/high-risk behaviour in a calm and resilient approach.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £31,250 per annum pro rata (£90 - £110 per day)
