Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting, a leading independent estate and lettings agency based in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential property management, with a strong understanding of lettings and property management procedures. They will be highly organized, personable, and possess excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will have a professional approach to customer service, be able to develop and maintain relationships, and have superb organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Handle maintenance issues, safety certificates, and notices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Have a full UK driving license
