About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Town Planner to join our client's planning team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing major planning applications and working closely with the land team and senior management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate planning applications for residential developments, including large-scale projects with 150+ units
  • Work closely with internal and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups
  • Contribute to the development of planning strategies and policies to support business growth
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on planning-related matters
Requirements
  • 3+ years of post-graduation experience in a town planning role, preferably in a house builder or planning consultancy
  • Proven track record of managing planning applications in Surrey and Sussex
  • Excellent knowledge of planning regulations and policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
