Sustain Video is a leading provider of motorsport video content, working with global clients to deliver high-quality digital and social output.

Salary:

We offer an estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Producer to take the lead on remote live event weekend production. The role will focus on creating first-class content for our clients, from vertical videos to broadcast documentaries.

The ideal candidate will have a real passion for and genuine knowledge of motorsport, as well as experience in producing sports/news equivalent short-form & fast-turnaround video. They will be able to work on live event schedules on weekends throughout the year and possess strong editorial skills in a broadcast or agency environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Real passion for and genuine knowledge of motorsport
  • Experience in producing sports/news equivalent short-form & fast-turnaround video
  • Ability to work on live event schedules on weekends throughout the year
  • Editorial experience in a broadcast, rights-holder, agency or team capacity
  • Be a natural in making content impactful & accessible
  • Have experience managing production staff or leading teams
  • Be comfortable liaising with clients
  • Have a talent for scriptwriting
  • Top organisation & communication skills
  • Passion to learn & develop
  • Ability to travel as required
