Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Regent College London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address and resolve student queries related to fees and payments.
  • Contact students to facilitate fee collection and manage timely remittances.
  • Coordinate with the university on payment processing and remittance-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor file records.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial guidance to students.
  • Perform monthly commission calculations, process invoices, and address commission-related queries.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all students' financial data.
  • Input financial data into the accounting system (Sage Intacct) with precision.
  • Support the accounting department with various administrative tasks, including invoice processing and account reconciliations.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage Intacct preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
