This is a full-time role that involves direct work with children and their families, creating and contributing to multi-agency plans to improve outcomes and life chances for children and young people in Dorset.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional support services to vulnerable families. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people in our community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including families, schools, and other professionals. A strong understanding of child development and family dynamics is essential, as is a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
