About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a specialist SEND provision in Sunderland. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with a small group of young people who find it challenging to engage in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with Autism or other additional needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote engagement and learning
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide a comprehensive support package
