Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our care team and provide high-quality support to a paediatric client with complex needs.

The successful candidate will work on a long-term basis, building a strong working relationship with the client and becoming an integral part of their daily routine. The role involves providing personal care, PEG feeding, suctioning, ventilation, epilepsy, and tracheostomy care, as well as assisting with daily activities and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to the client, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assisting with PEG feeding, suctioning, ventilation, and tracheostomy care.
  • Supporting the client with daily activities, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Encouraging independence and promoting the client's physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children with complex needs.
  • A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
