At Cornerstone Community Care, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Practitioner to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting three amazing ladies with various learning and physical disabilities to live independently in their own home.

The Role

You'll be responsible for providing daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in activities that promote social inclusion, such as swimming, arts and crafts, baking, music, movies, and shopping trips.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving license with at least 1 year's experience on the roads
  • Confidence in the use of computers
  • An excellent grasp of the English language
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence to go in the water as swimming is a regular activity
Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing tailored support, shifts will fall into patterns of early mornings, days, and evenings. Weekends, waking nights, sleepovers, and public holidays will also form part of your work schedule on a rotational basis.

What We Offer

We'll provide you with comprehensive training and support to help you build your career in the Health and Social Care sector. You'll also have the opportunity to work towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare.
