About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Assistant to join our team at Oakfield House School, part of Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and wellbeing of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and development of pupils with autism and complex needs
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of educational activities and materials
  • Help to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the needs of all pupils are met

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and grade C or above in English or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with autism or complex needs
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
