We are seeking a skilled Audit Senior or Semi-Senior to join our expanding audit team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with proven audit experience to contribute to the firm's continued success and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Audits: Ensure client accounts comply with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
  • Leading Audit Engagements: Plan and complete audits while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Supervising and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior team members for their professional development.
  • Risk Assessments: Identify areas for process improvement within client organizations.
  • Audit Reports: Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement.
  • Liaising with Clients: Address queries, provide advice, and cultivate strong working relationships.
  • Collaboration: Streamline audit procedures and enhance service delivery with internal stakeholders.
  • Staying Abreast: Inform audit strategies and methodologies with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
  • Experience: Previous experience in external audit within an accounting firm is essential, with exposure to a variety of industries preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical proficiency in auditing standards and regulations, with the ability to apply principles effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
