SALES PROGRESSOR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at South London Property Group Ltd T/A Dalby Property Recruitment. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and updating them on the progress of their sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the progress of their sale.
  • Communicate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents to ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.
  • Organize and manage multiple sales progressions simultaneously.
  • Ensure that all sales progressions are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential estate agency sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of the property sales process.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships.
