Job Title: Toilet Attendant

Company Description: Nirvana Managed Services is a facilities management company dedicated to providing a clean and pleasant restroom experience for our visitors.

Job Description: As a Toilet Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restroom facilities of our establishment. You will ensure that the restrooms are well-stocked with supplies, provide assistance to customers/visitors as needed, and uphold a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the restroom area.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize restroom facilities regularly throughout the day
  • Monitor and restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels
  • Ensure that all restroom fixtures and equipment are in working order
  • Provide assistance and customer service to restroom users, such as directing them to available facilities or addressing any concerns they may have
  • Maintain a tidy and organized restroom area, including trash removal and floor cleaning
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate supervisor
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers/visitors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in janitorial services, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in sanitation or customer service training
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to restroom facilities
