About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager in Practice to join our team at Olivia Ruella Limited. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
  • Audit and Accounts: Plan and complete audits, as well as prepare accounts for a range of clients, including tax computations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of internal and on-site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for fee development and work closely with clients to build trusted relationships.
  • Compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations, handling queries and providing clear communications to clients.
  • Quote and Estimate: Provide quotes and estimate fees for clients, as well as assist with pitching to new clients.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold an ACA or ACCA qualification, with experience of managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SME clients.
  • Experience: Proven experience of planning and completing audits, as well as analytical reviews, accounts preparation and work review.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams and clients simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to work to multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
