The Area Support Officer will provide support to the Grounds and Cleaning Team in delivering high-quality services to clients across Lancashire. This role will involve working closely with clients to manage their grounds maintenance and cleaning needs, as well as supporting the team in procuring contracts and resolving grounds issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in managing their grounds maintenance and cleaning needs
- Assist in procuring contracts for and on behalf of clients
- Resolve grounds issues and provide support to clients
- Work closely with the Grounds and Cleaning Team to deliver high-quality services
Requirements:
- Essential car user with a current and clean driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
